From the day we met Rachel, she emanated passion and empathy. Knowing our parents were under her care provided us with a secure feeling. Rachel is responsive, accountable, sincere, and gives her all. She easily earned our trust, and kept it.

About Innovative Lifestyle Care

Innovative Lifestyle Care is built upon the experience and passion that Rachel has created while working in the geriatric community.  Rachel's creative vision and love of innovation affords her clients the opportunity to "age in place" while receiving similar perks as if they were living in a retirement community. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Rachel has relationships with community nurses, physical and occupational therapists as well as art and music therapists.

No idea is too unusual- in fact Rachel believes that "outside of the box" is where everyone should be. Rachel's connections with professionals throughout the Greater Cincinnati area make her the "go-to" care manager for clients that want to stay in their home.  If making a move is in your future, Rachel will work with you and your loved ones to transition from home to a retirement community setting. Rachel believes in quality care, a gentle touch and a safe environment are keys to aging in place and beyond.

For Rachel has a rich history of working as an advocate for seniors, and we invite you to read about Rachel when she was nominated by one of her clients and later honored as a "Woman of Cincy" in May, 2018. Since then, there has not been another person profiled with a connection to the aging community. Let's find another hero! Click here to read about Rachel. *
